New to Cryotherapy?


- A comfortable “dry “not “wet” cold

- 1.5 to 3 minute sessions

- Robes, socks, and gloves provided

- Contraindications below:

  • Unmanaged or severe Hypertension (BP> 180/100)

  • Acute or recent myocardial infarction

  • Unstable angina pectoris

  • Arrhythmia

  • Angina

  • Symptomatic cardiovascular disease

  • Peripheral arterial occlusive disease

  • Deep vein thrombosis

  • Pacemaker

  • Symptomatic lung disorders

  • Bleeding disorders

  • Severe anemia

  • Acute infections

  • Cold intolerance/allergy to cold

  • Cold-activated asthma

  • Excessive sweating

  • Acute or recent cerebrovascular accident

  • Uncontrolled seizures

  • Raynaud’s Syndrome (at client's discretion) 

  • Hypothyroidism (at client's discretion) 

  • Fever

  • Cryoglobulinemia

  • Cryofibriongenemia

  • Agammaglobulinemia

  • Certain medications (antipsychotic)


New to Infrared?

- A comfortable heat

- 30-60 minute sessions

- Robes and towels provided

-Wear whatever is comfortable for you! 

Infrared is well tolerated by most people. However, if you are pregnant, intolerant to heat, or have a history of heat stroke, we highly advise against the sauna. As always, use your own best judgement.
