First Consultation: $150 ~ 1 hour

All health coaching programs begin with a 60 minute health history consultation. Are you looking for a better relationship with food? Do you want to have better digestion? Do you want lose some weight? I will build a customized plan for you to achieve optimal health.

6 Month Reset: $150/session (1 session per month) 45 minute consultations

Do you need to overhaul your body? Do you want to feel better in your nutrition and your relationships? Do you want to figure out what exercise is right for your body? Do you want to heal years of yo-yo dieting and restrictive crash diets? Then this is the plan for you! Over a period of 6 months, we will work together to find out what food and lifestyle changes you NEED to HEAL your body. If you need a major and LASTING life change, this is the plan for you.

Individual Sessions (no commitment): $200+ ~ 1 hour

Want to change your body but not ready to commit to a program? This is the perfect option for you!

Note: I offer student rates, and discount programs based on financial need. I believe health should is inclusive. Please inquire regarding special rates.
